Warranty
ATD Technologies will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship as designated by each manufacturers warranty terms.
All products provided by ATD Technologies are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The terms of warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
In the event your product does not perform to the standards outlined by the manufacturer, simply return the product to ATD Technologies for quick, efficient diagnosis and friendly response. In most instances we will ship a replacement product within one working day (subject to availability) after we received your returned product and have verified that your product is under warranty.
Warranty Claim and Non-Warranty Repair Procedure

The faulty product must be returned by the customer or dealer to our Sydney or Melbourne service centre attaching the completed warranty claim form that can be downloaded by clicking on the following link. (Click here)

If the product is out of warranty, we will provide you with a written quotation with the cost of repair.

Supporting information such as original purchase or payment documentation is required to establish the warranty claim.

The repaired or replaced unit will be returned to you directly by ATD Technologies.
