3. What are monaural or binaural headsets?

Monaural headsets have a single earpiece that covers one ear only.Binaural headsets have two earpieces – one for each ear

4. When do I use "Headset Top" versus a "Headset"?

Some headset types require an amplifier when connected to certain telephone systems.
